Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Trippp Ops platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including travel agency administrators, trip managers, and travelers (collectively “Users”).

Trippp Ops is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) travel operations platform that enables travel agencies to:

• Create and manage group trips
• Manage participant profiles, bookings, and documents
• Communicate with participants via in-app notifications and broadcasts
• Track trip programs, services, and schedules
• Assign trip managers and delegate operational tasks

The Platform operates with distinct user roles, each with different permissions and responsibilities:

• Agency Administrator — manages the agency account, trips, participants, and billing
• Trip Manager — assigned to specific trips; can manage participants and program details
• Traveler — accesses trip information and manages their own profile

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Access to the Platform for agency administrators is subject to a valid subscription and sufficient operation credits:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
• Operation credits are consumed when creating trips and activating features
• Credits do not roll over beyond the active subscription period
• Suspended or expired accounts lose access until the subscription is renewed

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credits do not expire while the agency account is active.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Platform to unauthorised third parties
• Circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform (photos, videos, documents). By uploading content, you grant Trippp Ops a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Agency administrators and trip managers may remove content that violates these Terms. Trippp Ops reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

The Trippp Ops platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Trippp Ops. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials.

Travelers access the Platform by accepting an invitation from a travel agency or by entering a trip code provided by their agency. By joining a trip on the Platform, travelers acknowledge that:

• Their personal data will be shared with the managing travel agency and assigned trip managers
• The travel agency (not Trippp Ops) is responsible for the actual travel services, itinerary, and on-trip experience
• Trip programs, schedules, and services may be updated by the agency at any time
• Emergency contact information they provide may be shared with agency staff in an emergency

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trippp Ops shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to user accounts
• The acts or omissions of travel agencies using the Platform
• Disruptions to the Platform outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Trippp Ops in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Request account deletion

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to agency administrators via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
